Horribly amateur WIP video here.
It kind of derps at the end and I have no idea why but. Ohwell. |D
So much for studying. xD
After falling asleep for the umpteenth time yesterday, I gave up and started poking around SAI for the heck of it.
And then, I discovered the brush tool. >: D
It was a lot of fun to play with haha. You can hardly tell how I started doodling this piece of art.
Also, it was meant to be a colour experiment which was way more evident before I started adding fur everywhere haha. I really want to be able to incorporate more colour variation in my shading and highlights to help bring out the atmosphere / mood of a piece, so. Yeah. Slowly experimenting as I go. |D;
Haven't painted anything ( or drawn much, for that matter ) in a long time. I'm kind of hesitant to work on trades and things because I'm so rusty. ''orz
On the other hand, I'm really happy with the outcome of this and I'm glad I did it. Even if it does mean that I'm even more doomed for my exams, oops. |D;
